Perhaps it can be rendered into English as "The Scum of Mankind". Because that's what inhabitants of Napoli are.

Napoli (also known as Naples in English) is the capital city of Campania, a southern Region of Italy. You'll probably have heard this name after the "Garbage Crisis" facts spread worldwide through news networks over the planet. Maybe you've read this name in history books. Maybe you have visited the city as tourist in the past or plan to do so in the future. Maybe you have relatives or friends there. Whatever reason brought you to Napoli, it is important to us is that you join the board and share your thoughts and opinions on this city. Tell us what you've seen, heard or smelled while you were there. Tell us what's wrong with it, according to you. Tell us what surprised, disappointed, scared, shocked or disgusted you. Tell us what you witnessed there that does not happen on a daily basis in the place where you were born or where you live. Tell us what are the differences with your Country. Don't spare any words, forget good manners and tell us everything straight and clear. Tell us what we should be ashamed of. We ask for it. And please do not waste your time to remember us how great our pizza tastes, how magnificent the monuments and churches are or how much art and culture there's in Pompeii... We already know that up to boredom.

We want to have fun. There's a black humor attitude over this board, live with it and you'll like it. This is not a racist/hate board. In fact, everyone hiding behind the board or the blog is born or lives in Napoli, has parents, families, friends and relatives in Napoli. We live there, eat there, sleep there, fuck there, shit there. Every day. And every day we have to face what occasional visitors experience only for some days of their lives. We are those who run the city. We are those who make the city the way it is. We are those who vote and elect the local government representatives. We are those who shake hands with camorra every time we put our nose outside our homes, until we become part of it. We are those who live next to the piles of burning trash you just saw on tv. It's here. It's real.

The members of this board are not any better and do not feel superior to the rest of inhabitants of Napoli. It just happens that we have no shame admitting that neapolitans know no shame. We are not proud of this or of anything else. We aim to expose Naples filth worldwide: the unsound behavior of "ordinary" people, the downfall of the local economy, the widespread corruption, the waste of public money and European fundings, the ruthlessness of the organized crime, the foolishness and anarchy that rule this city and the garbage that surrounds it. You can help us in this task, eventually trying to restore the sense of shame in some few members of this rotten society. And have a lot of fun with us, of course.

Everything you will read, hear or see in these forums is true. Happens really in Napoli. We do not make up facts or stories. We just pick up the trash that lies on the ground and hurl it back against the people who dumped it there. We only point our finger to the ubiquitous evidence that Napoli is full of in every corner. Without forgetting that our finger is also dirty and bloody. We spare no one: the common man, the politician, the young, the entrepreneur, the mobster, the intellectual. Because in Napoli nobody is innocent. The deprecable status in which the city of Napoli and its society lie on is not the result of an unfortunate accident of history, but the direct offspring of the people who inhabits that city and makes that society so bad. And this people knowns no shame, no regret and no better ways of living. This people is the Scum of Mankind.
